The first Gyo overseas was held by a small groups of 5. This Gyo was a trip for each of the participants to cleanse themselves. Especially for the chief monk, it was a trip to visit such places again as he visited in a period of a former incarnation and to hold cleansing services for those place.
　After the cleansing services, the appearances of the surfaces of the mountain and the lake, and the sun and the moon dramatically changed and each of the places showed vividly that in which the life force was infused.
